Invites applications from eligible candidates who are domicile of Tamil  Nadu,  Andhra  Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala, Pondicherry and Lakshadweep Island to fill the post of Junior Assistant (Fire Service) at various airports.

Last Date for Receipt of Application—March 31, 2017.

Age Limit—The candidate’s age shall not be less than 18 years and not more than 30 years as on March 31, 2017. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be give as per the government norms.

Essential Educational Qualifications—The candidate must possess a pass certificate of 10th class along with a 3 years’ approved regular Diploma in Mechanical /  Automobile/Fire with minimum 50 per cent marks or he should possess a 12th pass (Regular Study) certificate with 50 per cent marks.

Note :  The candidate must possess a Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License or a Valid Medium Vehicle License issued before March 31, 2016.

Number of Vacancies—147

Selection Procedure—There will be a Written Examination followed by the Medical Examination and Driving Test. The candidate will have to clear the Endurance Test also. Final selection will be made on the basis of candidate’s overall performance in the examination.
