Invites online applications from eligible candidates for 49th Short Service Commission (Tech) Men and 20th Short Service Commission (Tech) women course at Officers Training Academy, Chennai.

Last  Date  for  Submission  of Online Applications—February  22, 2017.

Age Limit—The age  of  the candidate should not be less than 20 years and not more than 27 years as on October 1, 2017.

Essential Educational Qualifications—Candidates must have cleared Engineering Degree course from a government approved institute or University. Candidates in the final year of Engineering course are also eligible to apply but they will have to produce their Engineering Degree within 12 weeks from the date of commencement of training at OTA.

Total Vacancies—196.

Selection Procedure—Candidates after being shortlisted on the basis of their Engineering course percentage will have to clear Interviews, Physical Standard Test and Medical Examination before final selection.
